Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pound Hamburger Meat
- 1 can Diced Tomatoes
- 2 cans Tomato Sauce
- 1 jar Sliced Mushrooms, drained
- 1 medium Onion, chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 cup Red Wine
- 1 packet Spaghetti Seasoning Mix
Preparation
Brown the meat in a dutch oven. Rinse the meat and put back in the dutch oven. Add onions and garlic to the meat and cook until the onions are soft. Add tomatoes, sauce, wine, mushrooms and seasoning. Let simmer, covered, for a few hours before serving.
