Ingredients
- 32 ounce bag Frozen Shredded Potatoes
- 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 box Chicken Broth
- 1 Yellow Onion, diced
- 8 ounces Cream Cheese
- Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- few turns of Black Pepper
- Bacon Bits
Preparation
Cook all ingredients, with the exception of the bacon bits, in the crock pot for 8 hours on low.
When you are ready to serve, microwave bacon bits to crisp and sprinkle on top of the dished soup. Also shred a liberal amount of cheddar on top!
