Ingredients
- 2 lbs. 90/10 Ground Beef
- 1 Egg, beaten
- 3 Tbsp. Evaporated Milk
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- 3/4 cup Bread Crumbs or Ritz Crackers, crushed
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/8 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
Directions
- Combine all ingredients.
- Form into 8 patties. (If the patties are being difficult about staying together, add a few more bread crumbs.
- Place a divot in the center of each patty, making them thinner in the middle than the edges.
- Grill and serve!
