Chewy. Coconutty. If you want to get fancy, dip the cookie feet in some melted chocolate.
Ingredients
- 6 cups Sweetened Coconut, flaked or shredded
- 2/3 cup All Purpose Flour
- 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Use a cookie dough scoop to portion dough out onto a parchment lined cookie sheet. Bake for 13 to 15 minutes until bits of the cookies are slightly browned.
Cool on a cooling rack and serve!
