Baked Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup Old Fashioned Oats
  • 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
  • 1/4 tsp. Salt
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbsp. Canola Oil
  • 1/4 cup Applesauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Honey
  • 1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract

Variations & Add-Ins

  • Add handful Berries, cut
  • Add Nuts
  • Add 2 Tbsp. Peanut Butter
  • Substitute Egg & Oil for 2 Bananas
  • Substitute 1/3 cup of Milk for 1/3 cup Coffee & add chopped Almonds

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pam a small glass baking dish.

Whisk first 4 dry ingredients together in a bowl.

Mix together remaining ingredients in a separate bowl. Combine dry and wet ingredients and pour into shall dish.

Bake for 40 minutes. Allow to cool for 15 minutes before slicing.

Refrigerate leftovers.
