Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup Old Fashioned Oats
- 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp. Salt
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. Canola Oil
- 1/4 cup Applesauce
- 2 Tbsp. Honey
- 1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
Variations & Add-Ins
- Add handful Berries, cut
- Add Nuts
- Add 2 Tbsp. Peanut Butter
- Substitute Egg & Oil for 2 Bananas
- Substitute 1/3 cup of Milk for 1/3 cup Coffee & add chopped Almonds
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pam a small glass baking dish.
Whisk first 4 dry ingredients together in a bowl.
Mix together remaining ingredients in a separate bowl. Combine dry and wet ingredients and pour into shall dish.
Bake for 40 minutes. Allow to cool for 15 minutes before slicing.
Refrigerate leftovers.
