Ingredients
- 1 cup Unsalted Butter, softened
- 1/2 cup Dark Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 (4.2 oz.) package Oreo Cookies & Cream Pudding Mix
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
- 2 1/4 cups All Purpose Flour
- 1 tsp. Baking Soda
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1/2 cup White Chocolate Chips
- 1/4 cup Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 15 Oreo Cookies, broken into large pieces
- Course Sea Salt (optional)

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Cream together the softened butter and sugars.
- Add the pudding mix and blend well.
- Add the eggs and vanilla. Mix until well combined.
- Add the flour, baking soda and pinch of salt and continue mixing.
- With a spoon, stir in the white & semi sweet chocolate chips and Oreo pieces.
- Drop cookies by onto a parchment paper lined pan.
- Bake at 350° for 11 minutes or until the tops of the cookies are no longer wet or glossy in appearance.
- After removing from the oven, cool cookies on a wire cookie rack.
