- 1 box Gluten Free Pasta
- 1/2 cup Basil Pesto
- 1 Lemon, juiced
- Oven Roasted Almond Slices
- Boil the pasta as directed. Drain.
- While the pasta is cooking, stir half of the lemon juice in with the pesto.
- Add pesto to pasta and stir until well combined. For a stronger pesto flavor, use more than ½ cup of pesto.
- Top with sliced almonds.
- Put extra lemon juice on table in case someone wants a more lemony flavor. 🍋
