Ingredients
- 1 head Cabbage, cut into approx. 3″ chunks
- 1 pkg. Kielbasa, halved and cut into 2″ chunks
- 5 to 6 small Yellow Potatoes, cut into quarters
- 6 to 8 Carrots, peeled & cut into large chunks
- 6+ Frozen Corn Cob Halves
- 1 cup Water
- Salt to Taste
You will need a stockpot with the pasta pot insert!
Directions
- In the following order, from bottom to top, layer the pasta pot full of ingredients:
- Potatoes
- Corn Cobs
- Carrots
- Cabbage
- Kielbasa
- Add water to the stockpot
- Boil with lid on for about 45 minutes
- Salt & serve!
