Cabbage, Potato, & Sausage Pot (EoE)

• 1 head Cabbage, cut into approx. 3″ chunks
• 1 pkg. Kielbasa, halved and cut into 2″ chunks
• 5 to 6 small Yellow Potatoes, cut into quarters
• 6 to 8 Carrots, peeled & cut into large chunks
• 6+ Frozen Corn Cob Halves
• 1 cup Water
• Salt to Taste

You will need a stockpot with the pasta pot insert!

Directions

• In the following order, from bottom to top, layer the pasta pot full of ingredients:
  • Potatoes
  • Corn Cobs
  • Carrots
  • Cabbage
  • Kielbasa
• Add water to the stockpot
• Boil with lid on for about 45 minutes
• Salt & serve!
