Ingredients
- 15 Kalamata olives
- Splash Lemon Juice
- Drizzle of Olive Oil
- Basil (fresh or paste)
- Dash of Salt
- Fresh cracked pepper
- Anchovy paste (optional)
- Minced garlic (optional)

Rinse brine from olives. Remove pits from olives and squish into pieces in a bowl. Add remaining ingredients and stir. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
Serve with wheat crackers.
Makes a snack for 2!
