Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/4 cup Fresh Rosemary
- 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 1 package Chicken Breasts or Chicken Tenders, cleaned, rinsed, patted dry
- 1 Red Onion, petaled
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- Black Pepper, to taste
Preparation
Preheat oven to 430 degrees.
In a small mixing bowl, combine balsamic vinegar, rosemary, soy sauce, honey and black pepper. Pour into a 9″ x 13″ baking dish. Dip chicken in sauce so all sides are covered. Place onion petals on top of the chicken and drizzle with olive oil.
Roast chicken for 30 minutes. Turn the chicken and continue to bake for another 15 minutes. If the chicken browns too quickly, loosely cover the dish with foil.
