Ingredients
- 2 16 oz. bags Edamame, frozen
- 1 large clove Garlic, thinly sliced
- 1 pinch Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 tsp. Sesame Oil
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- Flaked Salt, to taste
Directions
- Cook frozen edamame in microwave according to instructions on packaging.
- Heat up garlic slices, red pepper flakes, and oils in a wok or frying pan. Add the cooked edamame to the pan.
- Cook over high heat, constantly tossing.
- When garlic begins to toast and the edamame pods begin browning, remove from heat.
- Add salt generously and serve!
