Ingredients
- 2 cans Pinto Beans, smashed
- Juice of 1 Lime
- 1/4 c. Yellow Onion, minced
- 3 or 4 cloves of Garlic
- 10 stems Cilantro, leaves and stems chopped
- Splash Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1.5 Tbsp Olive Oil
- Salt, to taste
Directions
- Combine all ingredients and serve cold with tortilla chips.
